Cancellation Policy

You can use our free cancellation policy to cancel the tickets 24 hours before departure. If you try to cancel within 24 hours or you choose not to show up for the tour for any reason, there will be no refund of your money.

Ans: The hop-on hop-off tour generally starts at 10:00 am, but we suggest you check the calendar on our app for availability and confirmation. Our tour starts with the Thames River tour from both Tower Pier and Westminster Pier, with Boats leaving every 30-40 minutes, and sometimes with the Royal London walking tour, and our Jack the Ripper walking tour starts at 3:30 pm. Try to arrive 15 minutes before the time.

Q. Do you offer any tours in Spanish/German/French/Japanese/Chinese?

Ans: Yes, we do offer tours in Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, etc., but the live commentary is only available in English.

Q. Can we reserve specific seats on the coach?
